We aim to process and ship orders quickly, securely, and with care. Timing matters, and we work to get your order out efficiently while maintaining appropriate handling standards.

All orders are subject to review, product availability, and shipping eligibility. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
  • We reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options are presented at checkout based on your delivery address and available carrier services.

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 2 to 5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: estimated 1 to 3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, and other issues outside our control may affect final delivery timing.

Product Handling and Storage

Certain products sold by NU BIOGEN require careful handling and proper storage conditions. While we package orders with care, products may be exposed to temperature changes or transit conditions after they leave our facility.

  • We recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product-specific storage needs upon receipt.
  • We are not responsible for changes in product condition caused by delays, improper storage, or exposure after delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
  • We may be unable to modify shipping details once an order has been submitted or processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen after delivery.
  • If your package appears delayed or missing, please first contact the carrier directly, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and item received so we can review and assist.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain states, territories, jurisdictions, or addresses where shipment may be restricted or where we determine an order should not be fulfilled.
